Padres Beach Glitch

I thought I knew them all but now that I'm reaching lvl 40 at lvl 39 I'm finding more than ever. This one is still one I would like to know. If anyone willing can cough up the info on this one I would certainly appreciate it. I have hints but I don't understand it entirely. Thanks in advance and once again I will be very appreciative.

You mean the swimming from padres one?

Skat that one for certain but also the one regarding taking the elevator to the tattoo parlor. The reason this one intrigues me is it seems hiding behind a wall will not keep the gyps and grenadiers from attacking.
