I can't get on live chat.....what's wrong?

It keeps telling me more tahn one running java things has caused a problem and that I was uable to get on or something.
I wanted to check my pirate trivia stats to make sure I was in 3rd place but I can't now?
Is there a problem on my end or POFs end?

Have you tried rebooting?

Also, you can always check on the trivia scores, status, etc. by clicking the Trivia link in the Site Navigation module on the front page.

I always get stuck on the place where it says "Thank you for contacting Live Chat. We are looking for an agent for you to talk to" :(
