Chat issues-help please
 

I am having an issue with that chat feature in the game. I type to my friend and it shows up in the box and above my head, but she does not hear me. She does not hear me even when I whisper to her. She probaboly thinks I am being rude but I don't know how to fix it. Can anyone please help? :sadmh9:

Her chat permissions may be limited - have you tried turning on the safe chat deal (the little plus sign)?

I did two things:

1) I emailed support and explained my issues with chat feature- I had issues similar to what you described
2) I also played around with the Parental Controls – try different settings

Not sure which one fixed it, but it works now.

There has been an issue lately with some of my friends in which they cant read any chat. It is a bug that the chat is not registering she may have that bug.

click the + sign in the corner of chat screen

I tried that and no difference. My friend thinks I am so rude probably! Ugh. Maybe I will have to contact them about this. I dont know what else to do. *shrugs*

yea, i have that same problem, try turning on the parental control thing (the cross thingin the chat box next to the skull) see if that works,sometimes it does, if that doesnt work, tell then go to live chat and tell them, if that doesnt work, then, well, hate it for ya

It's POTCO, chat issues is nothing surprising for me. What Pirateguy said might work though, play with the chat controls and what not. ;)
