Oh yes, I do know a glitch that you go under padres.. and you can just swim to the secret dock from there.. saves more time I think than going around.

Another Padres cave tunnel entrance

Trying to glitch into Romany Bev's cart, I found a wall glitch that got me to the secret cave all the way over by the jeweler's shop in Padres town. (Similar, I guess, to the cave for the Kingshead second dock.) Haven't found the one on Devil's Anvil yet, though.
