There are no posting limits as far as numbers are concerned (that I know of).
Content/Pertinence of posts however is reviewed regularly. :)
You are limited to a specific number of PMs.

Do you have a specific question about it? This is where you can tailor your POF account settings to best suit your own preferences when utilizing the site. so for a subscription do i have to pay?

yes, you do have to pay. how much varies on what subscription. like i have the signature subscription its 1.66 a month or 20.00 for a year.

so what does the subscription do? I mean i dont want to pay for something when i dont even know what's going to happen.

well, the signature subscription gives you the right to use a sig for your posts and a userpage. to see, go to home, click on your avatar, go to "paid subscrptions" on the list and look. you have to use paypal, though.
