Ship quest?
 

Does anyone know what I need to do to get a ship? I know there's a quest, I just don't know when/where/how to get it.

There is a quest where you have to get the governor's seal. I believe this is chapters 1 or 2. To get the seal, go to the Governor's house, which is located on the east side of town on top of a hill (There's a pathway next to the hay stacks that leads to the Governor's House). Miss Swann will be there and she'll give you a seal, and a ship. Head to the ship shop (Seller in the Big Half Cut Ship by the docks) and the rest is self explanatory.
