vodoo doll lvl 7

i just turned lvl 7 in vodoo doll..im not gaining any notoriety anymore..do i need unlimited access to get to lvl 8 for vodoo doll lvls?plzz help me.....

Pdiddy - Basic Members can only Level Weapons to L7... you need to register to continue Leveling weapons.

Which is odd because nons are ABLE to reach the lvl 8 spell, but are unable to reach it.

same problem happened to me i thought the gyspy broke my doll but u have to get unlimitied to continue. big bummer :(
