Random close down
 

Whenever I try to play pirates on my computer, it will go in the free basic queue, i will pick my pirate, it will load the jail, then i made my guy, then it shuts down on its own, and sometimes i don't even get that far! Can anyone help me or tell me what the problem might be? It would be a big help, thanks.

That is strange.
How many times have you tried this? It could be a temporary close down.
I would suggest contacting POTCO is the problem persists.

If it doesnt resolve itself, probably should try the live chat support on the potco website.

If you tell me your pc stats I may be able to help for example type of video card, ram speed etc. Could be as simple as updating your video card drivers.

My son has the same problem.. When he uses my paid account he plays with no crashing.. When he uses his basic account he can't stay more than 10 minutes..

if you use wireless, it's probably your Wi-Fi connection, it's not supported evidently...
