What in the POTCO is a 'Evil Rabbit'???
I saw it under Mods and Admins...
There is only one, Evil Kid Bugs..

Its a joke amoung forums most forums have an "Evil mod" or something nick has an Evil rabbit his name is Evil Kid Bugs or EKB for short its bascially a joke :)
