They had them a blizzard down in Cuba the other day.. I took pictures.

oh that's cool. i wonder why they made it snow in Cuba?

Its actually a glitch. The game failed to load certain textures for some reason. When it does that it looks white or bright, which is what causes the snow like scenes/screens you may have seen (similar to these).

it looks like not only was it snowing, but it was also tped.. with toilet paper.. or they're long icicles.. or lugees..

How likely r u to see it?

I'd love to see rain, and fog/haze for some of the creepier spots.
