How do you get more quests?
 

I only have two quests, both involve winning at poker. How do I get more? Do I have to complete these two first? I'm level 21. All I can really do at this point is level up skills . . . . HELP

Available quests will vary depending on your account type (basic vs unlimited).

Any NPC that has a treasure chest above thier head either is part of a quest you already have in progress, OR has a quest that can be picked up.

3 Tattoo (difficulty varies) shops have 2 quests each (Port Royal, Tortuga, and Padres Del Fuego)
3 Jewelry (difficulty varies) shops have 2 quests each (Port Royal, Tortuga, and Padres Del Fuego)

Darbys Drydock(easy) has a quest that appears to be only doable once.
Sam Seabones(easy), Benjiman ?? (guy by barrel in port royal)(easy.. bugged accepts ANY ship sunk), and usually the bartenders (difficulty varies)(Josie Mcreedy in PR, and Johnny Mcvane in tortuga) have some form of fortune quests. These can be repeated, but may require a logout.

Lucinda(easy) the gypsy in port royal, has a pretty low level one.
In the port royal bars, Shawn Mcreedy has a few quests for cheat cards, as does Black mack.

Orinda Le'Juene(hard)(tortuga dock) has Skeleton Infestation quest.
