What happened to my founder status???
 

I just noticed my character on beta has been demoted to the blue name. What the...?
Why on earth would this happen?
It's very annoying. I liked my gold name and gold founders coin!
Has this happened to anyone else?

My friend was demoted to basic/grey name so she
complained and name/status was restored.
Just complain to them and hope they fix it.

Yeah its the only thing you can relly do about it

hm? you have canceld your suscription and have started again to an other time and then your founder status gone away?

omg.. please fix this disney :/. i have my founderstatus because i have suscribed for one year^^.

I don't have a beta account, but I do have an open account with Founder's status. I recently allowed my account to lapse from unlimited access. When I re-activated it, I still had my founder's gold title and coin, so it appears that once a you are a founder, you are always a founder. Most likely it was a glitch of some kind and they will probably fix it if you let them know.
