I'm really glad Pirates II won at least one Oscar. I'm hoping Pirates III will win more than this.

The first movie didn't even win one thing. It's kind of sad. Well, I'm glad they won at least one thing for POTC 2. :)

I saw this.

I was very excited and started chanting "Pirates!" Each time they were nominated. I absolutely love those movies, and hope they make more to come! (After the ones we know of, of course!)

There was really no suprise or competition that Dead Man's Chest won Best Visual Effects. The special effects in the movie was just that amazing and I am sure At World's End will be just as eye-catching.
