League's Suggestions, #4: The Revised Controls

(This is currently one out of four of League's suggestions: check them out, and check out his hope-to-be-soon-to-be Guild.)

Here are the current options when you click on a player, or a name in a friend, crew, or guild list:

Crew
Friendship
Go To
Guild
Ignore
Report
Show Player
Crew Battle
Whisper
Close

I'm wanting to revise nearly all of it, though the nature of all the changes may not be totally complete.

First off, here are the options that I think should be under a name, in a logical order and limited/unlocked manner as well:

Player - This is the first new one persay: it could, very helpfully, give you such important knowledge as to when a person last came on, how often that person comes on, etc; it'd be great knowledge to have as a Guildmaster or cramped friend or what not
Stat - This is to give vague stats, like the levels of each of their weapons, and some other stuff
Whisper - Should be up near the top methinks
Go To - This should be limited to Friends, crewmates, and guildmates: otherwise, it's shaded
Friend - Unshaded always; there should be a rate option**
Crew - Shaded if the person is in a crew not yours, or in a different server or off, unshaded otherwise; likewise, there should be a rate option** (no lock option though, as a crew is temporary)
Guild - Shaded if you click on a person in another guild; there should be a lock*, rate**, promote, demote, and nominate*** option
Ignore - I don't know what this option does, but you should be able to block off the speech that a player says if you want to ignore them: the speech, when it gets ignored, tells you so if you look in the chat box, as so you don't accidentally leave somone you don't want to ignore ignored; similarly, your chat will tell you when it gets ignored, just so you know
Report - Well, for braking rules or should I say, code, you may have to be able to have this option; as well, I guess some other things may be able to have their case heard; when you click on this option, you should have to type a reason into the text box, or choose one from the options given (which don't currently exist, mind you)
Battle - This isn't to replace Crew Battle, but is to be a more personal challenge; the person who starts this kind of battle gets posted on the lookout pane, vague stats visible (just levels, nothing else); the person who starts this challenge can boot others from the challenge, or give people the rank of challenge recruiter, as to allow them to bring their friends
Crew Battle - Same as it is now, I guess, with all members of each crew being visible on the pane
Close - exits the option panel

I have some stuff to explain: the lock option is there for Guildmasters. If a Guildmaster wants a player below him to remain in place and not be promoted, but not at the mercy of anyone else in the guild, he can lock them into place, and prevent anyone from demoting, promoting, or throwing out that person.
The rate option is a temporal way to rate a person, and it is visible as to only it partains. If you click on a friend of yours, and click friend, you'll see 5 start. Yes, it is the stock way of rating someone. If you click on a crewmate of yours, and click crew, you'll see the stars. And, last of all, if you click on a guildmate and click guild, you'll see the stars. As a friend, only you can see the star you put. As a crewmate, any other crewmate can see the star you put for a fellow crewmate. And, as a guildmate, any other guildmate can see the star you put for a fellow guildmate. They'll last as long as you're present, though you can change them at any time.
The nominate option is for guilds as well. You can nominate a person, either for a lower, or for a higher rank.

Those are the changes I see as reasonable and efficient for the mere player controls: for stuff like Guilds, I have further ideas.

I like the idea of there being five ranks. At the bottom, there is a member. The member is just that: a member. One notch above him is a recruiter. A recruiter can recruit a member, or drop a member (unless he is locked in place). Since no one can promote someone to their own rank, a recruiter at best can only recruit people to the guild, though he doesn't have to fear another recruiter. A trusted member can be gven the rank of officer. An officer, being a trusted employ of the guildmaster or first mate, can select a member and promote him to be a recruiter, or can drop or demote a recruiter (unless they're locked in place). Higher than an officer, serving as a back up guildmaster, is the first mate. He can only be employed by the guildmaster, and there can only be one. However, this mate has power over officers, and can recruit, demote, or drop them, as well as being able to promote recruiters to officers. He can, in addition, lock people in place, a tool which otherwise only Guildmasters can do. At the top is the guildmaster, yada yaday yada.

Anyone else have any ideas?

If someone has a Disney XD account and you have traded a friend code with them on XD, their pirate and DXD name shows up on your list. When you click show player it shows a similar options list for thier DXD account. ^^
