undead on Tormenta?
 

I know there are a few undead on Tormenta [maybe other wild island] that are high level anyone else see em?

Oh, they are always there - anyone who goes to Tormenta (in fact its part of the Pearl Quest to dig up a chest there) will get a view :)

Of course - it is one of the few fave hangouts for the High Level Pirates to continue their crusade of LEveling :D

On my first pirate, with the exception of the "dig" for the Pearl quest, I avoided Torment-ya until I was over lv30. LOL Now on my second pirate I am going to Torment-ya more often to level up weapons.

On my 2nd Pirate - I was at Tormenta sooner than the first - but not by much. I went there for the Brine around L28-29 and went from there (my first was L33-34 and right for the Molusks). Some go for the Flotasm's earlier - but I find the Gyps at Padres Beach running at L26-28 are better for Leveling almost anything in the Mid to Late 20s than Tormenta (that - and the Gun Shop / Dagger Shop right at the beach saves a lot of time in TP'ing - and - anything 5-6 Levels higher than you all you, you only get the -1 Hits is a waste of time at L28 to be attacking L36 Seabeards, unless you like dying quickly of course :) )

undead? where? I never seen them, or u mean davey jones crew? cus there not undead....there fish people.

Too technicial for this discussion - if they ain't livin... they are dead (or undead in this case) :)

When Davy's in the game, then we can discuss the living, the undead and the 'fish people' (though that would make you undead if you are brought back - fishy, skekey or otherwise :D )

no he isn't

The count as undead in quests requiring undead, and since there is not "fish people" category in POTCO....

The game considers them "undead".

They are living as a mattar of fact. Thats what the #6 bullet id for. "Effective against the living not the dead". They have 1000 years of Service to Squid face. THen they are dead.

see! Banish don't work and silver shot don't work either, Trust me I tryed....technically there fish people....Ugly one's at that..

Funny thing is that the game thinks they are skeletons.

I went there to go level while I was on one of those "Kill Lvl 15+ Skellys" quests and all the Fishies I killed were counted.

Course Silver and Banish don't work, so maybe it was just a glitch.

Yup, did same thing to me. They 'count' as undead, but I had noticed that the Silver shot doesnt work too well against them.


My impression of Davy Jones crew from the movie, was that they were dead, and that service with Davy Jones allowed them to avoid, or delay "judgement".

Davy himself proclaimed to Will Turner... "You!! Your neither dead nor dieing! What is your business here?"

LOL go kill an alligator now...it'll count as anything. The Kill XXX Undead quests are bugged. Anything works for them.
