Has anyone been on Padres Del Fuego and going to fort dundee to train cutlass but when you attack the guy by gunners shack he floats up in the air?

Thats been a glitch for quite some time that William. Attune him with your voodoo doll, and zap him. Or back away and he comes down to follow you.

its a stupid glitch you cant see him so how do you know where he is?

You will see that in Tormenta right now also, a seabeard has been doing that there.

Ah the floater. You'd think by now he'd have his feet on the ground. Oh, sometimes they are even Under ground. ;)

This happens in Kingshead too by the dig spot and just inside the fort at the bottom of the long stone ramp with the barrel at the bottom. If you're being attacked near that tree where the dig site is, the guard will be up on the trees. Like someone else said, just use the voodoo doll and it will stay attuned.

Not only that but you can't hit him and he CAN hit you :skull: annoying. it happens alot in Port Royal near and in the fort too.

the compass lies about where he is and he just basically kills you if on low levelI am level 22

Actually you should still be able to kill the guy. This is a display glitch. If you keep attacking pretty much where he SHOULD be standing, you hit him.

I've never had an issue with him being unhittable.

well when I am swiging cutlass where he "was" I got nothing.

I tried to attune all around me. Nothing.

All these differant ones I have seen, you could always step back a few steps and he would drop down. Sometimes you have to do it a few times, and he will still pop up out of sight when you attack.

You just need to keep backing up until you find a part of the zone he stays grounded.

Its UFO's I just know it.

If it's the same guy he sometimes follows me to the shipwright or half way down the mountain to the docks. Sometimes he pases through solid rock to attack on the path to the docks.

Ya, all the time for me, both in the air and underground.
Actually, that just happened to me last night, he was REALLY high up, I had to use my sweep skill on cutlass and try to lure him down, then he went underground where I could not see him -.- 0_o
