Will POTCO draw you away from your other online game?

I have been wondering if people think that POTCO will become there primary online game over another (such as VMK and Toontown).

mebbe, i'm getting tired of WoW. but i'm not sure how much depth/quests POTCO is going to have either..

i agree with you on that I have been playing SWG for over 2 years and WOW and everquest off and on, and this game so far seems to be off to a good start.. but until it becomes a player driven game with players beable to sell custom ship parts and such. it is going to remain a disney kids game.. no offense in that statement at all please dont take any if anyone does.. I am a 30 year old kid or so my wife always says lol.. I have never played any of the other so called disney MMO's what are they like...

You need another to choose from that says, "It already has".

piratesahoy 04-20-2007 04:55 PM

I used to play TT everyday, now I play this...

Rattlebones 04-20-2007 05:37 PM

Given what I see in the beta, not bloody likely.
More likely it will suppliment my gaming time.

Red Bull 04-21-2007 08:54 AM

You didn't put a undecided selection in there, that would of been my choice.

TT doesn't hold much for me any more, and is my current online game. Will I be instantly changing to POTCO.

Well from what what i've seen on beta so far, I'm not sure, but I've seen some potential. There's not enough interaction and certainly havent seen much uniqueness playing style wise, from the other online games out there, like TT has.

However its very early days, and I get the impression that beta is very limited view of what will be final, it's laggy and buggy too. SO I still hold my judgement in the hopes there's much more to come.

One thing it has got on it's side though, is fact u can play free or try for free, then if you do like u buy out from adverts and limited interface to get more options and and probs more flexable interface, which is good.

POTC looks a lot better than VMK. More mature and more adventure-ish. I'll probably play Pirates more than VMK.

puchisana 04-21-2007 09:23 PM

Nope it dont

Minichristy 04-21-2007 11:01 PM

:) I think I will continue to play VMK, just to keep my acount going. However, I, too, am looking for a game for adults. WOW is intimidating at this time. Pirates looks like it will be a great learning game, and one that has great potential. So, I spend most of my time on Pirates, with a quick visit for credits on VMK.

I don't know quite yet. VMK and Pirates Online are both very different games. Yes, they are both online, but the styles are different. Most likely, I'm going to try spending equal time on both.

Daisy 04-22-2007 09:28 PM

I think I'll be playing this more. VMK is getting to childish or whatever, this looks fun!

Badpete 04-23-2007 01:34 AM

i've been pretty bored with VMK for a while so this looks like my new fun for a while. i tried PP a few mionth back but just never could get into it, think i was bored with doing all those puzzles to accomplish the goals - would rather do a virtual version of what i really mean to be doing i.e. fire a cannon equals firing a cannon

Toontown4ever 04-23-2007 10:21 AM

I multi-game!!
Pirates, VMK AND Toontown!

GagMaster 04-23-2007 04:36 PM

I played about 113 games since I was 8 and I beat 106 of them! So no one more game isnt gonna hurt ;)
