or has anyone else noticed the increase appearance of storm reapers?

Nope your not the only one they are all over the place. When I had to go to Isla Cangejos and find the digging spot to recover the diamond they were there along with navy ships shooting at me. My ship kept sinking, and sinking it was starting to get on my nerves!

heh.. I ran into one that was either bugged or out of it ... as fast as a light sloop with +5 speed boost and shot 3 thunderbolt barages within 2 seconds.. needless to say I went down hard..

Not only that though - I noticed a lot LESS Navy out there recently... did the poor British get the boot with the upgrades or what? :) Yea - there are some light ships about - and a few heavys still (though in both cases not as much as I use to see) but mid-range? They are becoming a hard find...

And on top of THAT, the addition of the new islands has messed up some of my "ol' reliable" spawns. I flat out feel sorry for ppl who have extensive "ship hit lists" still left to do, it makes it aggravating when you have to sail for 15 mins just to find one ship on your list.

Yep, they're all over the place now. I've got the ship damage (and lightning bolts up the hind end) to prove it, too....

i wish there was a peacefull sail mode where u could jsut island hop witout getting shot at, like raise a white flag so they wont shoot, and when did the navy start helping skellies, i think navy ships and skellies should fight

skellies when own navy, and then people would be complaining there is no navy spawns for quests due to skellies wiping them out

lol ok, but still i hate when the navy aides a skellie ship while ur fighting it

I've noticed it as well. It seems there're more of them than there are of us sometimes.

But they are fun to take down.. hehe

Yeah I noticed that too, that and a lot more EITC. And less redcoat ships. They are fun to sink though, Storm Reapers, I like the dangerous ships. :D

I miss the big ships!!! You know how hard and long it takes to sail around lookin for big ships? I had to resort to the endless supply of Phantoms by Padres and Kings.

There are still big ships out there.

I had a crew camping the Colossus flag last night. Must have sunk that thing a couple dozen times.

I do miss the juggy, though. They should bring him back. As a flagship.

Yeah but its hard to be a lvl 20 solo killin the Colossous flag lol. I mean some place to level on not necessarily for gold too.
