What's up with CARGO?
 

Ok this is probably going to be a silly question, but I really don't understand the whole cargo thing.

I sail out, kill a couple ships, sail into port and get a pop-up window that gives me the stats of my voyage, including the value of my cargo that I plundered. Then I sail out again and usually it says my cargo holds are still full. One time, however, it said that my cargo was 0/3, meaning my cargo hold was empty (yes I am using the noob ship hehe).

Is this a glitch or am I just missing something when it comes to the whole cargo system. This noob ain't understading lol!

Not sure what to do in your situation.
It should unload/pay cargo (set back to 0) upon landing your ship.

Something about your post kinda triggered something in my brain and I went back into game to try something....Sure enough, I am making this more complicated than it needs to be.

I was confused by the ship "sheet" that you bring up by hitting H. It ALWAYS says 3 in the cargo stat because it is reflecting that I can carry 3 cargo total! I get it now...it automatically gives you the cash for the goodies in your cargo hold and sets it back to 0 everytime.....told ya I was a noob!

Yeah, theres a 0/3 Cargo. Meaning your ship has 0 Cargo with a capacity of 3. If you leave your ship with a crew on board it lets you know the health, cargo and time on it as well.
