Anyone else think the War Sloop is way overpriced for its stats? Stat wise the reg Gally and Frig are basically the same.. so IMO 20k for the War Sloop is too much.. I like the prices of the WF and WG tho..

I love the war sloop, its not over priced inmy opinion

The War sloop is highly agile. You can put ur Frigate out and I'll put my war sloop out. We'll head for the same target, guarantee I'll have him before you do.

Iunno... the ship's a beaut... I'm aiming for it with 3 pirates.

Yeah, it's kind of pricey, but it's pretty strong and very fast, and when you hit a certain point you'll have more money than you can spend anyway.

Is it work 20k? no. - maybe 15k? yes. Its agility, speed and larger cargo hold than the light and med ships is worth extra cost - I just couldn't justify 20k worth the cost. If it was 15k - I'd probably own one (I do a lot of alone sailing - and though my War Frigate is still #1 in my books I'd love to have a War Sloop for runs).

I guess its my mindset - if I get to 20k I now see it as 'half way to a War Gal and the 16 cargo hold... so if it was a bit cheaper - I'd scoop one up :)
