Lost Ship Log
 

I'm having a spot of trouble finding Darby Drydock's 'Lost Ship Logs'. I've tried looking in all of the blasted crates on Port Royal, but to no avail. Anyone remember this quest and whereabouts the correct crate is located? Thanks in advance!

It took me 3 dyas of looking. When they said lost, they werent kidding!!! Try switchin servers.

Oh, so it's just any random one? I kind've gave up on it because it just seemed like there must be one 'hidden crate' that I wasn't finding. Thanks mate.

I have been working on this quest for a week and still havent found this ship log can anyone help out ?

I've also been working on this for a while and have really moved on to other quests because it's soooooo frustrating!!!

It took me forever to find it too! But I eventually did. You just have to keep looking.

Ya, I gave up on the quest, and got it completed during one of those other find x items in barrels. took about 3 days after I got the quest, but dont make it a priority, just hit some up whenever your running through town

go back to every create and try them aagain and it works trust me it did for me

I buried in the same place 3 times and i got them :)

I had a quest that asked me to find something in Port ROyal and I cant remember what one but I looked all over the Fort and beach. Then I thought this cant be that easy so I searched in town and sure enough I got what I was looking for. Maybe try looking in the easy spots in the town.

I searched for about 2 days then looked on the one long dock that's two stories and found it on the bottom dock. I had searched everywhere in every box/crate, but never thought there'd be any on the dock.

Try there.

I have searched all crates, both docks, and to no avail.

Each crate, when first visited, would go through the search routine, with the wait dialog.

Now, all of the crates simply say that there is nothing interesting.


Do I have to wait overnight or log off and back on again to turn those uninteresting crates back into searchable ones?

Follow up to my previous post.....
Changed servers, and first chest I searched (one I had searched many times before) had the items.

Server swapping and then hitting up the first crate at the base of the big multilevel dock did it for me (I think it was the 3rd or 4th crate I tried on the second server).

I found mine across from him in the corner. what u do is go to him put your back to him and walk forward there is a crate in the corner that is where i found it. near a tree.
