POTCO has Double Trouble
 

POTCO has two games competing for its members now.

One is Pirates of the Burning Sea.

The other is Rule the Seas, a free, addicting game which I am playing as well as POTCO. To really find out much about Rule The Seas, you have to sign up. It's a browser-based game.



POTCO is probably going to start to decline soon - it has already seen its top number of members, I think.

I doubt it..
I have POTBS as well, and I find myself playing POTCO more.. I find it's easier to jump into aqnd get things done faster than burning sea. Plus until burning Sea realizes that people want crewable ships, caribbean will hold a higher regard.

Anywho, I doubt they can compete with PotCO, since its aim is for mostly Disney fans, which are a lot.

DCS, it's only raising awareness that there are other games out there.

Ah, ok. I've heard PotBS is not that great though.

POTBS is just as the last 2 letters state. Ive played it and didnt like it. I may check the other one out but I dont think I will jump ship.

You need to keep in mind the sheer number of people who play PotCO just becuase of the link to PotC. I love it...I don't even really know why, but it seems to make it more fun. One pirate game is good enough for me and since PotCO runs decent on my laptop so I'm sticking with it.

RTS is actually pretty fun... they have 3 versions of it. It's very similar to POTCO, except you can't walk around. It's all browser based. You can attack fellow pirates for money, though. It is also easier to level up. POTCO = better game than POTBS and RTS, but all three are very fun.
