Anyone know why Dagger gets so muchless rep than Cutlass?
 

Going through the last few levels of Dagger and Cutlass now I've noticed a painful difference when leveling the dagger. I'm getting about half the reps I do with cutlass. I have all the combo styles on both weapons, and I thought as there are fewer styles on dagger I'de get more reps due to more combos... but alas sadly no.

Any reason for this? And any tips for dagger leveling to maximize reps?

The more damage you do per hit, the less rep you get.

So just use the first (or first and second) skill on the combo hit.

Use more thrown daggers in your attacks.

If you have the hit points to take it, use nothing but thrown attacks. I was pulling 100 pts up until mastering off of the EITC Assassin in Beckett's Quarry (or a Stump in El Suduron). With the new belts, it should be easier to do with fewer runs to the blacksmith too.

Part may be how you used your points, if you put points in first atacks or swipe, its like stated above you are doing to much damage.

If not use first three or so atacks over and over with asp/alder and throw dirt, then right at the end with barely any health something like viper nest.

Some think this is all wrong and to just use highest skill you have, so I would recomend going and testing it out what you get the most rep with.

i found it quite easy to level dagger my dagger is 19 and cutlass 12
i even have my combo attacks maxed when i was leveling and didnt see a difference i was still geting 30-50 rep
