Guild Name on DXD Shows as Numbers. Huh?
 

This is something that I can't figure out. The guild was established back in February and since then, on DXD in the guild list, the name has always shown up as only numbers, never the actual guild name. Even under my pirate, it shows the guild number. I've picked my brain trying to figure this one out, and I simply can't. Anyone possibly know why this is?

I have this exact same problem! Mine was created before DXD opened, so I thought that might be why, considering my other players guilds were OK. I really don't have an answer, sorry.

Huh. Well, at least I know that I'm not the only one with this problem. Although, that doesn't make me feel much better about it. I was thinking about sending an email to Support about this, but I just have a feeling that it will be a huge waste of time. I can imagine the response now: We are currently aware of the problem and attempting to fix it, blah blah blah.

Well at least you can see DXD - at the moment several of us are 'crashing at 100%' heh

Sounds like you'll need that painful service call... its almost like the filter never processed your name (accept or reject) so they will probably have to do it manually...

They had to fix my Pirate Name (first Pirate) - it took six weeks - but they did fix it :)

I have all my pirates and they all have the appropriate guilds. However I am like Maxximvs and cant see DxD atm.
