I need help which Island do I need to go to to recover the key from the big Alagator. I've looked in Misty Mire, and I went to Cuba but nothing happens which is the right Island that I need to go to.

ok i think u need to kill it in tortuag and yes there is one go to the misty mire (to the left of the jail heading into the jail) go past the rock crab and skellys go past the witch doctors and naders and brigands go all the way to the second set of "docks" around there are a few you may not get it on your first try
