Contests?

In the POF's Contest area, are people other then mods allowed to make a contest? I cant officially make one, considering I cant give stuff away on potco or pof, but still, can I?

I dont know if you could but it would be nice for those that dont use the Casino cash to do a contest and reward the winner that way.

I just found a area where members can make thier own contests.
