Dagger Quest?

I've got my new gun and new doll, on my way to new cutlass...

I've been a bad pirate and ignoring my dagger and 'nades. Is there a new dagger quest? What level do you have to be to get it?

The Dagger quest is for the level 15 dagger. AS with the sword, gun, doll and staff. Nades is the only thing you cant quest for higher weapon at 15.
