I did have ti stop loading on me a few times. I just kept refreshing and it finally passed the 60% loading mark.

It must be, it said 100% and stopped right there, even after like 6 refreshes. It worked for me this morning... It must be one of those things that Disney fixes the next day.

Mine keeps loading to 100% - then just stops... some in the guild are getting on - others get on and find options missing... sounds like an UPDATE (I wish they would REALLY do more testing on updates!!!!!)
