Did anyone see a video about....
 

Ok, there's this video right? and it was called "Pirates of the Caribbean Online first view." and they did what my idea (not just mine though ;) ) and he went up to this guy! and he was like "which ship will you be taking," and then he choose. next, he didn't have to wait forever, he walked to the edge of the dock, the ship appeared, and BAM! HE WAS THERE! AFTER THE CLOUd of smoke he swuNG ONTO THE SHIP, AND TOOK OFf! and you could even SEE HIM depart from the dock! aw man it was awesome. lol. well anyway. is there a specific version of the game, or was he not playing it online?! :laughks2:

Yes, that was in a different build of the game. It was during the first beta stage. I was there to witness it - I LOVED that interface. Vote in my poll in the Polls forum to get that sailing interface back!

yes this was the beta 1 way to set sail a ship i never personally have seen it but i have heard of it and i wish they will bring this back

LOLl. that was wrong! and i KNEW it! What is exactly these 'graphic card' things? some one said something about it and I even did my research on pirates online. they had all these different things for graphics.

Lol I think I remember seeing this in all those videos on the pirates website.. I used to watch those all the time while I wated for pirates to come out "Spring 2007"

I so forgot I did that. that was nice. but when you ported the ship. when you got back your ship. Lets say your ship was not floating anymore.
