port charles what?
 

I am working on getting my voodoo doll from tia dalma, but she told me I need to go search through barrells and such in "port charles." am I missing something, or is this some glitch I need to report, and if so how does one go about doing that?

its fort charles, the one on port royal :)

Dont forget some of those barrels could be upstairs too.

Fort Charles on Port Royal has barrels along the upper ramparts as well as down below where the gallows are located.

Search the crates and barrels. IIRC you have to search for 5 items from each ones.
