tale of two islands quistion

Are the islands really in the game? If they are, could someone please tell me were they are.

The new islands do not exist as of yet - and are part of what we blieve will be the 'Summer Expansion' :D

I cant wait to see the game expand. I wonder what characters they will be adding? Higher lvl for us mastered pirates to play with? We do need a new playground you know....
