On the site of Pirates Online, the System requirements for a PC were :

800 MHz or faster processor
512 MB RAM
32 MB 3D graphics card
DirectX 9 or better
400 MB free disk space
Broadband Connection

And now, on the site of Pirates Online, the System requirements are :

Windows 2000, XP, Vista

512 MB RAM

700 MB free disk space
Broadband Connection

Look at the free disk space... Its mean the game will expand more =D

Could just be that since they have expanded this last time you need more space to handle it. But I hope you are correct me heartie.

I've took a look at my control panel and its showed that the game take 404MB.
I think the 700MB will take with the update in summer...

Hopefuly those sketches of the different carribean nations, France/spain/england/dutch and talk of letters of marque take up that expansion in HD space. Those things sound really fun.

It also may be to cover the memory leaks that they game has.

The more stuff they put in the game, the more space it's going to take up. And with all the stuff coming in the Summer, who knows how much space you might need to fit all that in.
