Find Ship Documents hidden in a crate around Royal
 

I am trying to find a crate with this ship document, and I am looking all over the island of Royal. There is nothing on the docks or the fort. Does any1 know where the crate is?:12_1_138:

What, exactly, does the quest say? Does it specifically say a crate? Are you sure you're on the right island?

I've had success sometimes when searching by just changing server and searching again, usually pops up quickly for me then. Be sure to check the quest - crates, barrels, desks etc all have things hidden in them.

This one was a toughie to find. I ended up switching servers a few times. I ended up finding it in 2 different crates on 2 different pirates. A friend and I were hunting and found it on different crates at the exact same time.
