Broken Chat
 

Okay, this is really starting to make me sad, it’s cost me a couple friends already and almost cost me a GOOD friend yesterday.

Sometimes people don’t hear what I’m saying in the chat. I’m not talking about arrr’s or blocked text that doesn’t show up in the dialog box. On my end it shows as sent to them whether it’s local, crew, guild or whisper, yet they don’t see it. I’m talking about things as simple as hello.

This has really been frustrating and is starting to affect my ability to make and keep friends in the game, please help.

They have the plus sign chat with the arrr's. For them to hear you in Open or Crew, you need to put plus sign on. For guild, it works.

Okay, thanks Davy, will give that a shot this evening, is the easiest way to be heard to leave my chat with the plus sign? What exactly does that do?
