help with grenade quest please!!!!
 

i need to find a bag of charcoal for the grenades quest, to di this i need to sink an eitc galleon or friagte and ive done this about 50 times, war ships light ships and normal ships. if anyone knows what is wrong or wants to say something please post.....please!!

hmm does it say sink any specific ships (war regualr light) if not just keep trying some get it on their first time others get it on their 100th time

Just keep sinking. Try switchin servers too.

The random chance for things to drop drastically decreases as you progress through the quest. Early on, it seems everything drops what you need probably 75% of the time, that percentage lowers significantly as you go.

Yeah, that one took me quite a while to get as well, just keep sinking them!

switch servers and sink all of them that you can, go for lower levels no war ,regular,or light specified just go for easy unless your leveling sailing.

I just hit lvl 20 last night! I'm planning on starting the grenade quest this week, I've not heard favorable things about the quest. Not that's it's too hard or anything, just tedious I suppose.

War ships are not frigates or Galleons. I agree sometimes takes many. On the dagger quest I had to kill only 3 Navy Soldiers. It took maybe 30 to get that three and I was killing level 30 Navy each time.

I was having the same issue until last night. I jumped on a crew that just wanted to sail and sink ships. We must have hit about 15 - 20 of the needed ships and I finally got the charcoal. Just stick with it......
