Can't Enter Live Chat
 

On the home page, in the entering live chat section, when I type in my "nick-name" for the live chat, it won't let me in. I just get a blank red screen. Anyone know how to fix this problem? It doesn't work for me either over at VMKF.:psmiley27:

sometimes computers will block the opening of live chat try looking for a little message next time u open it up :) also i know if u have vista it gets annoying bc they want you to approve every action that happens in the computer (ex. download something a message pops up "are you sure u ewant to continue @_@")

Make sure you have Java installed (I think that's what live chat uses). I don't know anything about Vista, so I can't help you there.

Actually, I open live chat with the X button, refreshes the homepage and opens a blank red page, nothing but red.

vista requires java to be installed to :)

Be sure to install java at https://cds.sun.com/is-bin/INTERSHOP...-CDS_Developer

Then make sure all firewalls and anti-virus programs will allow you to use IRC.

yea on pof for me to enter i hit a little red x with a box around it but on vmkf i hit a button that says Enter Live Chat
