game not opening now im basic
 

so i tried to log onto pirates today and the shortcut link didnt work. opening the file and using the applications and all that didnt work. i uninstalled and reinstalled and now online it says im basic. i logged in my pirate wasnt there and it says im basic. what the heck happened. i contacted customer service just waiting for reply. anyone know what i can do or just wait for customer service to reply?

Go to Live Chat. I've had a problem like this, basically, my payment for premium didn't go through (Because my Card expired and I forgot to update it in PayPal). Live chat should be able to solve it pretty fast - they did for me ;)

Well, do you pay through Paypal? From what I heard and experienced, Paypal isn't working at the moment (for POTCO at least).

Try contacting live chat, I'm sure they will be able to help you. They might refer you over to a support number, though, like they did to me.

They will probably tell you that they are still having problems, and to pay either through a credit card or buying a game card.

I manage to pay through PayPal normally. Although, when I first joined I did have problems with PayPal - I think it's all sorted now?

If you have AVG installed that seems to break the launcher

Well, about a month ago I was having trouble with it.

So now I'm using game cards until I get a notice.. anyone know if this is fixed yet?

We found it was better to NOT pay with paypal. When I first paid with paypal I had access for about a week and then all of a sudden I couldn't even log in. We called them and they said they were having problems with paypal and told us to pay another way. I'm happy we did get a free week XD but now we know not to pay with paypal because of the risk of these kinds of problems.
