Undead Brigands??
 

Does anyone know of a place where these guys hang out that ISNT in a huge group?? Im lvl 14 noteriaty and i keep getting schooled by these lvl 18-20 mobs and I need to kill 5 to complete the Port royal TP quest. Any help and info is appreciated

I had a higher level help me out . . . I forget where I was exactly, in a cave somewhere. Morrow . . something. Misty? Murry . . . gah I can't remember. I was lvl 12 note, had a higher level help out a bit that was there leveling his pistol skill. I think with potions though, I could have taken out the brigands solo . . . just have to kill the scorpion add that comes with them, then just alternate between the two brigandes there.

The following method has worked well for my 3 pirates:

Enter Murky Hollow on Port Royal via the Governor's Garden (not through King's Run). Once inside the cave, go down the slope and then around the bend to your left. Stay close to the lefthand cave wall and you'll safely sneak pass a little group of 3 Undead. Proceed down the slope behind them. You'll see Jolly Roger ahead, with a group of Undead dancing around in front of him. THIS is the group you want to attack.

Stand at the bottom of the slope and shoot one of the two Brigands you see in front of JR. Only the Brigand you hit will come at you. You may still need to be quick with the tonic, but you should be able to survive. If worse comes to worse, run back up the way you came. The Brigand will eventually Disengage and be easy pickin's the next round. Then just lather, rinse, and repeat until you have the required number.

I do that, but run up the hill, and run to the right corner. The way when the brigand comes after you, he stays on the lower part, now shoot all u want. He may throw those knives at you.

Bring friends.
I tried and tried and finally killed 1. Then when I brought 2 friends it was MUCH easier.
I tried to hide and shoot. What really worked was vodoo and runnig.

I remember that being one of the tougher challenges... After much trial and error, I did a similar method - tagged one, ran away, and then came back to finish them.

Theres also some on Padres, if you can get there. I dont know if they would count for the quest for PR though.....forgot to test it out on my baby.
