I can see at least 5 things wrong.

That is not Mariner's Reef.
Based on the NPC (and the volcano) that's PDF but there are no buildings
Your character seems to be stuck in PVP mode
The higher combat skills are all locked
Other than that, I'm stuck

unless you and the other guy being a skeleton counts as 2 glitches, then I'm totally stuck with the last glitch. You got me.

Hmm, ur a basic pirate now that knows the bug to use the higher locked skills. You did the skelly glitch and TP'd to ur partner after so the buildings disappeared. Other than what he said above, I dont know.

Theere is a bug so a Basic player can use higher level skills? Oh thank goodness nobody has posted a "How to" on this one (unless D would fix it immediately thereafter). :D Perhaps it has something to do with being Unlimited, then going back to basic. Either way, please do not tell everyone how to do that (not you Angel, just whoever is tempted to blab about it).

Well you guys pretty much got it.
1. Padres no buildings.
2. Skeleton glitch
3. Mariners Reef
4. Basic access but able to use locked skills
5. Basic access but able to be notoreity 37 with mastered skills and using the non-rusty cutlass.

Those arent really something wrong but the mariners reef thing. The padres no9 building happens when u skelly and port to someone after it. The skelly thing is the PvP thing, if you were lvl 37 when you stopped paying, you wont be docked back down to lvl 12 or whatever just cause u went basic. Also theres ways to use your weaponry as basic, but not gonna post them.
