Okay. Completed the Pearl quest. Jack has his big black dinghy. And now I have Leadership.

Drinks all around!

Is this skill only added to when I complete boss battles? Or can I augment it with sailing skill points?

no, its only added after the boss battle, there is no place to put points in it

I think you're limited to the one point. Not that you actually put a point in it.

You don't add to it. Leadership was given as a reward for completing the boss battle. No points are assigned to it therefore it cannot be added to.

I do think you should be able to add more points to it; perhaps let us play the boss battle 4 more times to get more points? XD

LOL, Guess were gonna have to wait and see how the weaponry cap is raised and what new skills will be added in the future with the second chapter/expansion in the summer.
