I have to get a Tortugian Artifect from a buried treasure chest..

Do I...

get one from a sunken ship...
Dig one up....

or something else?

I have seen this question before, and found the answer quickly using the search function with "Tortuga Teleport Totem" as the search string. This Thread will tell you the different search locations.
