Ok, so I am at lvl 12 sailing now and master cannons, owing a frigate.

I've reached the 65k cap on gold and have been asking myself this question:

Should I:

1. Keep leveling sailing and get a war frigate

or

2. Wait for new weapons, purchase them, make more gold, then buy a war frigate

It seems #2 makes more sense since I can lvl at my leisure at sailing and make up for the gold since I am master at cannons.

Any feedback?

I would go for #1, because according to the current news on the new weapons...
So unless you just want the weapons currently on the game, go with the WF.

:jack-sparrow2::marvin1:I would upgrade your highest level weapon, especially if it's cutlass or doll, then buy the war frigate, and worry about the other weapons after that. The war frigate is pretty sweet, plus you can get more gold each run than you do now to upgrade the rest of the weapons.:mickeypiratezd4:

I'm under the impression the new weapons will be quested for and not just bought. I'd get that new ship out of the way.

I suggest buyin some stuff (clothes or somehting, or donatin gold to a guild mate with the repayment option). You are maxed at 65k and cant get anymore. Might as well loan out or donate (people usually pay it forward later). Then hit lvl 15 sails and buy a war ship.

You can get some stylin' threads. Be sure to check different tailors. The stock varies.

Repayment option???? Where's that?

There is no "repayment option" in game. She just means to give them the gold with the understand that they'd either give it back later or pay it forward to someone else in need.

You can transfer gold to another player via poker game.

If doing the repayment method - Go with Angel and Bilge

If not - buy a few clothes - maybe one GOOD jacket (its around 3k) that should drop ya enough to get the rest of that sailing and the WF :)

Hmm...Who is possibly a level 32 pirate and not have a War Frigate!! LOL

I got mine Late Late Late last night...I never gave up. LOL

weapons and go for whats available to you now!! You can make plenty of gold

with your War Frigate to buy all the New weapons you want....
