Ok, so it took six months and four pirates to figure this out......

Greer and his little guard at the fort on port royal can heal you for 5 gp.....

I know, I know, this is probably not new news....but it's new to me LOL I was working my itty bitty pirate, and happened to run into greer by mistake, so in clicking on him, he said he could heal me for a measley 5 bits.....Learn something New EVERYDAY :)

Ok, you may now start the dumb blonde comments, however, I am a brunette LOL :)

If you are missing some health all of the NPCs can do that (or most of them at least lol) but that's only for when you've lost some health. Otherwise they say "sorry I've got nothing for you" XD

OK.....ALL the Npc's can do it?!?!?! Colour me stupid....Whee

Maybe I should just crawl out from under this here rock......

Funny. I tried to get healing from the bartender in the tavern on Padres beach yesterday and the option never even came up! I know that it used to. Very odd.

LOL, not all NPC's heal, but many of them do. I've used the one in the Royal caverns, and the one in Becketts Quarry. :)

The ones in Becketts Quarry are very helpful. I have been using there for grinding out the cutlass since I seem to need Mercenaries and Assassins now. Officers are green to gray with an occasional yellow.

I was in there for 2 hours with a guildmate last night. Leveled cutlass (20), doll (24) and notoriety (34). And 5GP is great instead of using a potion (I'm finding they still come in handy) or when a nice coppertop Sgt or Thug isn't around to life drain.

I never use the npc's to heal, I ussually just run away and find cover if my health runs low. It gets me killed sometimes though.

Bartender at Padres Beach just healed me, must have been a glitch.

It works with the Jug? I thought the option was only there for the Colossus, Dreadnaut, and Black Harbinger. It is nice to get those full ship repairs in a hurry without having to go to port. I must remember to try it tonight when I login. ;)
