Test Server vs. Regular Server

Hi everyone, I was wondering how many of you who was a tester still play on the test server? I just started playing again a few days ago and thought that I would have unlimited access on the regular server, but I didn't. I was a level 14 and didn't want to start over again. I did try out the regular server, but I didn't like all the limits they put on you. I went back to the test server and noticed there are a lot less people there. So, does anyone still play on the test server? If so, maybe we could meet up. It's a lot harder finding people to do quests with you, and I have heard it's extremely hard to find people to do the boss battle for the Black Pearl.

I myself still play on test. I am a level 13 close to 14.

Currently, I find I'm playing more on Test than I am on Open. The main reason being that there's really nothing to do on Open for my 2 pirates (levels 34 & 35) but work my weapons. That gets soooo boring after awhile. At least on Test, I am still working on the Black Pearl story quest, which provides some focus for my pirate.

I kinda like the challenge of not having many people around on Test. Makes you have to rely on yourself more (though I'm awfully glad I was still able to enlist some help on the Grenades Quest). Only downside is that I've found it harder to work my cannon skills, as the opportunities for crewing are less there.

It's also fun trying out some different things -- like how I assign skill points, for example. My approach to the game is entirely different on Test, too, as I've been really taking my time working my way through the story quest. As a result, I'm level 26 there and am still on Gunner's Run Quest. By this level on Open, I had finished all the BP Quest. Ironically, with the Boss Battle available on Test now, I wish I had moved faster -- but I've at least been able to crew for it once, and hope to do so again someday.

I wish more people played on the test server. It's a lot harder to find friends or people to help you. And in my guild only a few people log on every now and then. Is there a guild with a lot of people that log on like once a day?

The Helm forum here is for the Test server, I usually check there for information. I would be happy to start playing on Test again. Perhaps we should schedule specific times to meet ingame?

I wonder if people on test server can get one mega-guild together. Would make finding people a lot easier. I myself have a test account but rarely get on there.

I will soon be testing the account cancellation process if they dont get that boss battle on the public open servers soon.

I play on the test server. My best character is on there.

I lost my guild on test.. :( There was a girl, an amazing person and pirate.. She helped me out a lot when I was new. I'm not playing on test anymore bc I never find ppl to play with.
