Are there still people who pay for this game?
 

A whole year has passed with no real updates at all. Are you planning to renew your membership or become a member? Are you going to quit? I personally think that POTCO has become too boring and if they don't release anything new, most of the players will probably quit.. :sadmh9:

It's all about the pirates you hang with.
If yer with innovated pirates who likes to think outside the box and bring a new light of how to level and quest, it won't become boring.
I may take some time off but I'll always find myself back in the Caribbeans for fun and laughter. That being said I'll always have at least one unlimited account. :dancetl6:

I have unlimited but from a card last christmas. I still play but I have protested my payment until they decide to actually do something with the game.

Yup, I have unlimited access. It's the great friends I've made that keep the game fun. Helping them, or any pirate I encounter, and developing novel ways to pirate maintain my interest in the game. Certainly updates to the game will be welcome and bring more pirates back to the Caribbean; in the meantime I'll continue to log on and enjoy the company and hijinks of my pirate friends.

I have a total of 4 annually paid unlimited accounts for my family. I will continue to pay. I love this game. I hope it sees some more attention from Lord Mouse soon.

I've been paying for the past few years, but I've cancelled my subscription which renews in February. When some updates start coming, I'll most likely get UA again, but I hardly play anymore and even though I love this game and have been playing for 5 years, it just doesn't seem the same anymore.

I got 2 UA accounts at the moment, problem I have... I'm addicted to Training, Leveling and Mastering pirates, well that and creating general havoc for Jolly Roger, EITC and Navy.

I'm sure I'll let the UA slide on both accounts from time to time, just to save some hard earned... But I renew again after a little while. (Gift Subscriptions be my preferred payment method.)

I'm only still paying just to have access to the Test Server and my actually upgraded ships. If it weren't for that, I wouldn't be paying. I have no friends that actually still play actively.

As long as your somewhat social in this game then you cna always make it more interesting and if I'm playing I'm paying I like use of my legendary and famousse weapons

I've stopped paying for about the past 6 months, after having played since 2009. I'll be happy to renew my account once new content is released, but until then, no.

I barely ever play, but I still pay. The Mouse must find its cheese before it's too late.
