Is the galleon better than the war sloop for cash? I ask becasue the stats on them are about the same. Atleast I think the stats is the same.

I never bothered buying a war sloop.. Saved for War galleon.. Much easier to make money with any galleon.. But WG give longest runs for better rep and lets you take on bigger ships with ease.

I agree. If you buy a war ship, the galleon is the best bang for the buck. Almost double the cargo and much better broadsides. The sloop I use mostly for Taxi'ing across the ocean.

I love my War Galleon...
the only thing that makes me crazy is that it tends to crawl.
The big cargo and broadsides definitely make up for that though.. you can stay out longer and make more money.
Im almost to my gold limit.. so Im going to have to buy another War ship..... maybe a sloop for faster trips.

I thought this might happen... I meant is the plain old galleon better than the war sloop. Thats what I have. I have a plain galleon, and was wandering if I should buy a war sloop or save up for a war galleon. Which one do you guys think would get me a war galleon faster.

go with the war sloop if that's the case. It actually can take more damage.


I'm saving up for my war frigate. Can't beat a frigate :)
