Went to customer support for grenade
 

I'm now level 23 soon to be level 24.Just recently I sent a email to pirates about the glitch in the Gernade quest.Which in other words you don't get the quest at all.I know there has been many post about this but I thought I would let you guys know about this.I talked to one of the live support people for help.After they sent me and email back telling me to do this.She then wanted to get on my account to recreate the problem.While she was doing this she had me send in a bug report.After I did this she told me to wait a moment.Finally she came back telling me she hasnt found a solution to my problem yet and shes contacting the senior technicians to fix it.Well its been about a week now.Here I am still no grenade quest.Who else has had this problem and reported it besides me?

Having this issue on 2 characters, reported it both times.

A guild matey went to live support for the PDF teleport quest yesterday and was told they're aware of the problems, but do not have an estimated fix time yet.

Think it might be the same for grenades since they're both level quests. I'm wondering if people are getting their treasure quests or staff quest

When I dinged notoriety 21 on Monday night, I received the quest to go talk to Will Turner for the medals quest. So I'm assuming the treasure quests are still working.

My second pirate hit 20 two days ago and recieved the quest. I know that doesn't help you, but maybe it isn't happening to everyone?

Its the reason i cancelled my subscription to the game, this has been a problem since, at least, Feb. 19th, and nearly a month later they still have no ETA on the fix. I feel like I've been beta testing for the past month. I think its pretty clear that Disney doesnt care much about this game.

P.S. You cant cancel your subscription over the internet. You have to call a number where they put you on hold for 15 minutes, listening to terrible disney soundtracks, and instantly end your subscription, no matter how far along into your payed month of playing you may be. Disgusting.

Grenade Quest Problem
 

I have also had a problem with grenade quest. I am lvl 21 and still havent recieved the quest.I also reported it and they told me they addressing problem and it should be taking cared of with the next patch not saying when that will be

I got level 20 today. I should fix my signature. Anyways, I got my grenade quest, I wonder why you didn't.

Hopefully I get all the quest I get when I get higher, like staff or whatever.

my brother had this problem this afternoon. anyone know if they are going to fix it

It appears to not be happening to everyone. There is likely a series of events, that leads up to the situation that they hopefully are identifying and resolving.

I myself did not receive the Port Royal teleport quest at level 12, I contacted the live support when I was level 23 and hadnt yet received it. Submitted bug report and about 5 days later the quest showed up in my Journal. Was funny to have the PDF teleport before the Port Royal one, but the Port Royal teleport quest was way way easy at this point.

Several of my guildmateys have recently hit 20, and received the grenade quest as expected.

You would think they could code something like if level 21, and no grenade quest, give grenade quest.... but I suppose thats whats supposed to happen at level 20, hehe
