upgrading account trouble
 

i try to get my account upgraded to unlimited access, but when ever i try and get on the page with the upgrade stuff, a message says "and error has occured, please try again later" what does this mean,.... is the service down? or is there some other way to get it.. im from Denmark if that has anything to say

uninstall and reinstall the program POTCO. it is easy to do. hope this will help, matey.

Try going to the POTCO website and ordering Unlimited Access.

P.S. If you aren't really rooted in a guild and don't have many friends in POTCO, don't buy Unlimited Access. It's not a good deal. POTCO Customer Support is a joke - 3 months, 5 emails, no repsonses...

Not so Davy, I mean if he hasnt gotten the roots int eh game, he can build em. Then once he gets to the point he hates the game, drop back down to basic lol. I'd say to go month by month. See how u like it and if you cant stand the glitches, bugs and issues, then stop. I've made many great friends here. If it werent for them, I probably wouldve quit the game a bit ago.

Same with me, Angel. If it weren't for my great guild, I'd be outa here like Jessica Simpson in a spelling bee.

I had the same problem trying to upgrade. Since my character was only level 2 I deleted and started over and then upgraded. I called tech support and they said something was wrong with the initial account -- no idea what... but he had me start over.

Are you using credit card or debit card? They never would accept my debit card. Plus, when I tried to upgrade, my account crashed and I could not access it anymore. So I had to start all over again with a new account and a credit card. What a pain!
