I was on my main profile and saw this..is this a bad thing?

Refferals are actually a good thing. If/when you refer someone to this site they can search your character/username, put it in upon signing up to the site, and it will show that you "reffered" them to this site. ^^

No prob, that's my main reason for joining the site is to help people. (well, that and to write newsletters, but that's off topic.) ^^
