engage how many ships
 

I would like to know if you can attack two ships at once. I was attacking two ships with broadsides one on the right and one of the left. (starboard and port) I sank both but got only loot from one of the ships. Can you attack more than one ship at a time to get their loot? :fahrzeug122:

I don't think so maybe if you took out the first then went on to the second

Yeah u can. I do it all the time. Get loot from both as well.

yeah.. as many non flag ships as you want.. Flag ships are only 1 at a time though.

I try to avoid that situation, but it sometimes happens that while I'm attacking one ship, a new one will spawn in range and join in, or one will wander in range and join in.

I've gotten loot from both.

I've even crippled a flagship, then sunk the other ship, and THEN boarded the flagship.

I've taken potshots at ships as I'm heading somplace and a ship following me finishes it off an I'll get the plunder. I avoid taking on 2 ships at once but have been forced to a few times. Worst was having a Navy War Frigate, EITC War Galleon, and a Revenant chasing me down in my poor little war sloop.

Sank all 3, got a bit shot up but a very nice payout.

I've had it happen where I've had a jumper on my ship shootin at all the fleas (lil lvl 10 or less) and I had prob a dozen ships convoying. It wasnt that bad since I was in the war Frigate, but I didnt like havin to stop all the time and kill my fan club.
